Different types of exercises

Workout Structure:
5 exercises, 2 set each
30-second reps timing , 15-second break
Warm up and stretch your body before workout
Exercises:

·       Basic  crunch
·       Reaching oblique crunch
·       Russian twist
·       Toe touch crunch

·       Knee tuck crunches


     Let's go ahead and starting up with warmup exercise
Half push up is the exercise which is advised by every trainer  to do before starting workout because it works on all muscles in our upper body like chest shoulder biceps triceps. It also helps in stamina buildup
Let's move on to our abs exercise our first exercise
Basic crunch : is the most basic and a very good abs workout exercise which directly affects your abdominal muscle.
