Pull-ups are the most common compound
exercise,which can be done almost anywhere.It works on your upper part of the
body,it works in a large number of muscles at the same time.A survey shows that
women have a strong lower body and weak upper body muscles in comparison to
men.Pull up is the best way to strong your upper body muscles.It directly
targets the back ,shoulder,chest,arms muscles which improve your intensity of
the workout.It keeps your body tight and tones.It reduces the fat from butts
and thighs also.It also providing you a strong grip or we can say it
strengthing your grip Pull ups have different types of variation according to
your strength.You can change variation of pullups anytime to make your workout
harder for the massive growth of muscles Let's discuss some basic variation of pullups.
Regular pull-up- regular pull-ups is the
normal form for pull-ups commonly used.Hang on a bar with a grip slightly wider
than your shoulder ,now pull yourself upward until your chin is raised above
the level of the bar,now hold for a second and slowly came down.
Wide grip pull-up -hang on a pull ups bar
with wide grip,now raise your body in upward direction until your chin raise
above the bar hold the position and came back to rest position.
Close-grip pull-up - this variation is just opposite to the wide grip
pull ups,in close grips pull-ups your hands are close while hanging on pull up
bar, your chest will nearly touch your hand
while going upward and chin level will be raised above the bar,then hold
your position for a while and slightly came down
Chin-up
- the difference between chin ups and pull ups is that when you are performing chin ups, your hands are facing towards you and in pull ups, your
hands are facing away from you.It is similar to regular pull ups but pattern of
holding bar will be different.
Close grip Chin up - hang on a bar ,with a
close grip your hands are facing towards you.Now raise your body in upward
direction and then slowly came down.
