injurious to heath.Lots of girls think smoking is the easiest way to reduce
weight or become slim.According to a survey of smokers,46% of girls smoking to
reduce their fat.Does it really help them? "of course, not" .They
have to understand smoking kills.Cigarette makes you lazy and weak because of
this your weight is reducing continuously which is very dangerous.People think
smoking is beneficial to reduce weight are completely wrong.Smoking has no
beneficial effects,it is hazardous for your body.

you are a chain smoker and you can't exercise .Smoking is a hindrance to your
workout life.It decrease the oxygen level,muscle strength,makes you lazy and
weak.

you are thinking smoking will help you
reduce weight than you are wrong it has the adverse effect of gaining fat
also.Smoking increases your insulin resistance which led to increasing fat all
around your waist.

beneficial for maintaining weight balance so check these health risk which you
are taking with your life heart disease,stroke,lung cancer,chronic obstructive
pulmonary,mouth cancer,emphysema.It disbalance your metabolism, decrease your
energy level and affects the ability to absorb nutrition from food.
