Lack of sleep lead to serious diseases
 Sleep is a stage of muscle relaxation and ability reduction to reacts to stimuli.Even we can say that  sleep is a natural way of mind and body relaxation by reducing the interaction with surrounding.We need a healthy sleep to make our body in a refreshing and  active state.

But nowadays we  sleep less just to make our body productive again,which is not good for our body.Lack of sleep increases the risk of depression,heart diseases,diabetes, it disturbs the metabolism functions also.If you are thinking that healthy diet and workout is enough for your health then you are wrong ,sleep is a vital part of your life because its helps your body to relax.


According to a research,lack of sleep and physical stress have similarities as they are equally dangerous and badly affect our immune system.Studies shows that adequate sleep is very necessary for a human being to get a healthy and active body and immune system

It directly affect your performance ,individual who  get adequate sleep will perform and make better decision in comparison to sleepy person
Look Good- Adequate makes you fresh and provides a glow in your face and remove dark circles.Healthy, active and fresh muscles and body always look attractive.
