Tips for Pregnant women

Being pregnant is not always easy- tiredness,Pain, morning sickness and aches. Following some of these tips can increase your chances of having a healthy pregnancy  and also make you feel great during your pregnancy.

Keep fit and healthy
It is very important to exercise routinely while you are pregnant as this is not only good for your health but it can also reduce your stress. Regular exercise improves your circulation, lift your mood and helps you sleeping better. You can try a pregnancy exercise class to learn how to exercise safely during your pregnancy and you can meet other pregnant women their too.

Stay hydrated
You need to take plenty of water and should avoid drink that contains alcohol, caffeine, and other artificial colorings.
You should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Taking plenty of water also helps your skin to have a more radiant glow.

Stay away from cigarettes
You should quit smoking and you should also avoid secondhand smoke at  all costs. Smoking during pregnancy can increase your risk of having a stillbirth and increase the  chances of the baby being born too early.

Sleep is key
Try to get into a comfortable sleeping position while you are going to bed. It is essential to have at least 8 hours of sleep a day. You can try using a pregnancy pillow or you can take naps throughout the day so that you get the much-needed sleep.

Rethink your hot bath and shower
You must avoid taking a really hot bath because it can increase your body temperature which may affect the baby and yourself. It may cause dizziness and
also increase the chances of miscarriage due to drop in your blood pressure.

Pamper yourself
When the baby comes out there will be a little time to indulge yourself  so you should take a bit of time out for yourself. You can have a girls night out or you can go for a picture. Do not go for a pedicure as it can make you go for early labor specially if you are in your pregnancy
so be relaxed but not too relaxed
