Advance level of pushup exercises
In
our previous article of push-ups, we explain you the importance of push up,how
is it use full for muscle,target areas and some basic push-up exercise by which
you can build up your stamina and strength your muscles.Now in this article, we
gonna discuss some advanced level of push-ups exercises ,which will be tougher
than the previous basic level.Before the start,let's discuss the brief benefit of push ups again.
Most
of the trainer's advice to do push ups before the workout as a warmup exercise.Why? because it is a compound exercise
which works as an overall workout for your body.Muscles like chest
,shoulder,biceps,triceps,abdominal and lower body also are directly involve
while performing pushups.Push ups have many variations once you have mastered
the basic level then move on to the advanced level .Let's discuss some advanced
variation pushups
Judo Push ups- improve lower back
flexibility,muscle directly involved are back chest shoulder,triceps.
How to do: take judo push up
position you back ,shoulder,elbows are straight in a line,butts are high toward
the ceiling,legs should be straight,look your feet the shape will be like an
inverse of "v".Once you are in a right position.Bend your elbows
slowly and so that your chest and body start moving forward , hips toward
floor,continue the movement by arching your back and straightening your
hands,this will make your chest and head forward-looking position,now reverse
back again to get the starting position again and repeat.
Decline diamond push ups- directly target the
triceps and upper chest muscle
How to do: it is the variation of
diamond pushups,difference is that your legs should be elevated,get diamond
push up position with elevated legs now slowly go downward , upward and
repeat,check basic pushup article if you don't know how to do diamond push ups
Plyometric push-up - main muscle involve is chest ,other muscles involve are
shoulder and triceps.
How to do:Get into the regular
push-up position,now move downward slowly ,lower your chest tower the ground by
bending your elbows.Now reverse the movement push your body upward through
elbows extension as fast as you can so that your hand leaves the ground.Return
to the starting position and repeat this process
Superman push-ups- this exercise will be harder to learn but it provides a
great flexibility to your body And it helps to stretch your muscles
How to do:this push up require
massive strength so you have to do lot
of regular pushups,now while performing regular pushups throw your hand upward
so that your hands leave the ground and get the higher upward position use your
hips to support that motion once you have mastered this step our final step is
while performing regular push you have to balance your body in such a way that
your legs and hands get off the ground.Keep practicing this pushup is not easy
to perform.
