Water is the most important resource available on the earth.Plants,animals,humans require water for their survival,but is it only important for survival?Water is a very important substance which has n numbers of benefit.A human body is made of up to 60% of water.Is helps in stable or regulates our body temperature,promote healthy skin, keeps your body hydrated,it works as a detoxifier which flushes toxins out of your body, removes bad breath,helps in weight loss,also helps in the treatment of many diseases.Doctors and gym trainers always advise people to drink plenty of water approx 6 to 8 liter a day ,because it keeps your body hydrated which make you fit, healthy and active.



How does it help in the workout?While workout our body temperature rises, as a result, our body starts sweating which makes our body dehydrated.Therefore drinking water while workout or after workout helps you to get that lost portion or amount of fluid which is burn during physical activity.If you are dehydrated then you have to take some liquid like water otherwise, you will get dizzy and laziness,you will lose energy and stamina faster,your muscles won't work as well.It means water is helping you to perform the physical task efficiently.
      If you are trying to reduce your weight,then water will help you to do that easily,at early in the morning  drink warm water which reduces unnecessary fat from your body.It is also important to drink water before and after a workout to ensure body hydrated efficiently.If you take some other fluid like juice then it also makes you rehydrated again but caffeinated products are not a good choice for hydration.Caffeine actually promotes fluid loss.



Water also helps in digestion and prevent constipation.Drinking sufficient water boost your metabolism,warm water is effective for digestion.It reduces the kidney stones by diluting the salt and mineral to urine that causes kidney stone
Water moisturizes your skin and increases its elasticity.It helps in the growth of skin tissues.Water purify your blood and remove toxins from it which makes your skin healthy and glowing.
