Lower back pain releif exercises
Lower
back pain is now common to every youngster life,because of less outdoor work and exercise.Excessive sitting
can be a reason for lower back pain.Stress,strain/sprain can also be a cause of
pain.Although your poor posture can be the main reason for back pain .Some
other reasons of lower back pain are unsuitable
shoes,inflexibility,fractures,herniated disc,Arthritis,excessive sports, and
exercises.Your unhealthy diet can be a cause also your bones require calcium
and other nutrition for their strengthening and development.You can easily
recover with this pain,you just has to make some changes in your routine diet
and have to do some exercise which will remove your back pain if you practice
it daily.
Cat stretch-improve your posture
,helps to remove your back pain as it stretches your backbone,neck,it relieves
stress and calms your mind
How to do: take a position of cat stretch,sit
with your bended knees ,hand must be straight and palm must be in straight line
of shoulder ,now life your belly upward toward ceiling raise your upper body
high and head should be down hold and reverse the process
Downward dog- this yoga target
different part of your body ,it works for shoulder,hands,arm,back legs
muscle,butts,it helps in blood circulation all over the body ,and providing
strength and stretch your body.
How to do :take a position of table,lift your
butts toward ceiling,feet must be straight knees should not be bent,take your
position slowly,once you are ready ,lift you right leg up,then bend your right
knee and push it forward toward wrist,make sure you have swing you shoulder
while you are bending your knees don't
lock shoulder,abs should be tight ,then do the same process with left leg
Forward Fold- this yoga is very good
for stretching your upper as well as lower part of body,it also improves
digestion,stimulates liver, kidney, and ovary
How to do : sit down, straight your legs ,now
raise your hand up and then touch your feet slowly,after this bend your head
downward slowly and then back to rest position.
