is the chemical formula of
caffeine.It can be prepared by synthesized uric acid or by extraction of
natural resources.Nature use caffeine as a pesticide,it is a natural pesticide
,which plants uses to kill some insects.Caffeine can be found in numbers of
plants such as Cacao beans -seeds ,Coffee beans-seeds,Yerba mate- leaf , Yoco
-bark etc.Caffeine is used to prepare coffee ,tea, and chocolates.Nowadays most
of the product have caffeine like jelly beans ,energy drinks,gum,soft
drinks,waffles etc.
According
to a survey, 90% of US adults taking caffeine daily in different forms like
coffee,soft drinks gums etc.
Although
it is declared that caffeine is not an addictive substance like other drugs. An
excessive consumption of caffeine works as a harmful substance for us but
moderate consumption has some benefits also.
Positive side:

to do more workout in the gym,it boosts energy and works as a fat
burner,improve your focus,energy,pain tolerance.Most of the fat burner
supplements are made up of caffeine.Therefore
we can say caffeine help in weight loss.

may boost long-term memory.

lower risk of death from oral cancer (Mouth and throat cancer) compare with

skin cancer- caffeine reduce the risk of developing kidney stones.
Caffeine
prevents ultraviolet light from causing
cancer if applied directly on the skin. A person who take more than one cup of
coffee per day,have lower the risk of cancer and stroke.
