Counting calories while losing or gaining weights boosts your result.When you are reducing your weight its is very important to measure to your calories because for losing weight you need to burn more calories than you consume.You are counting total calories you are eating and minimizing the waste.It does not mean you are eating  a tiny portion of your food and meals.

While making calories schedule you have to sacrifice junk foods,because you have to eat fewer calories.How much you are eating does play a big role in weight loss.If you stick with your diet chart and calories counter you will boost your result,but always remember dieting doest means you are less eating.Your body need energy for the workout,you can't skip meals ,you just have to maintain a balance between quantity and what type of food you are eating.


 Water helps you a lot in your dieting,water  minimizes your hunger and its makes you hydrated.Take a big glass of water before eating meal will make you less hungry,follow your calories schedule.Calories in must be lesser than calories out.
Eat more veggies and fruits- Another idea is bulking your food with vegetables and fruits so that you eat fewer calories only,it will make your food more energetic and healthy also.With this method, you can even eat your favorite like pasta and you will not feel like you are in dieting.But make sure in lesser quantity.


Take soups before your meals because starting a meal after soup reduce overall calories you are taking.Soups fulfill your hunger.


All these elements help you to reduce calories in a smart way but make sure you are not skipping your meals because you want a healthy slim body not a weak skinny body.
